Located in the High Street of this delightful, 14th Century, south Oxfordshire village, The Red Lion has two attractive gardens with plenty of tables and chairs, perfect for al fresco drinking and dining when the weather permits.  At the front is the smaller of the two garden areas, which overlooks Chalgrove Brook that seperates the pub from the road. Be warned - you are likely to be sharing this area with some of the ducks for which Chalgrove is famous! At the rear, extensive sheltered gardens are perfect for families and larger groups. Inside in the attractive bar areas there is a welcoming open fire for those long winter evenings.
