Full Description: 'Cafe in the Woods' is located in the beautiful surroundings of Wendover Woods, at one of the highest points in the Chilterns.
We are open every day from 10am to 5pm, serving freshly prepared hot and cold meals, hot and cold drinks, handmade cakes, sweets biscuits and ice-creams. The café is near the main car park in the heart of the woods.
Click here for the location map of the 'Cafe in the Woods'.
Directions: Leave the B4009 north east of Wendover after Halton on the St Leonards road. The entrance to Wendover Woods is on the right as you climb the hill - just follow the road up the hill.

Wendover Woods are on the northern edge of the Chiltern escarpment and give spectacular views across Aylesbury Vale. The woods have a mix of coniferous and broadleaved woodland and are home to a variety of birds, including the rare Firecrest and the spectacular Red Kite. The Woods are ideal for wildlife walks and have circular waymarked trails. Click here for more information about Wendover Woods.

The ever popular 'Go Ape', the high wire forest adventure course of rope bridges, tarzan swings and zip slides up to 40 feet up in the trees, is adjacent to the cafe.
