Town Farm is a new camping and caravanning site with stunning views over the Vale of Aylesbury and Ivinghoe Beacon. Located in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, Ivinghoe is situated between Tring in Hertfordshire and Dunstable in Bedfordshire.

Camping and caravanning in the Chilterns.

There are no set pitches at this new camp site, just one large open field where you can choose your perfect spot to take in the views of the surrounding Chilterns countryside. A brand new toilet and shower block has been added to the facilities offered at Town Farm Campsite.

Location: Town Farm is approximately four miles from the A41 at Tring and four miles from the M1 at Dunstable, equidistant from Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable and Tring and on the border of three counties, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Cheddington and Tring main-line train stations are only two miles away, from where there are frequent trains into central London. Luton Airport is only 14 miles away. 

Directions to the site:
Town Farm is just off the B489 between Ivinghoe and Dunstable.  From Ivinghoe, Town Farm is on the left hand side. The farm is at the top of a tree lined avenue.  Drive into the courtyard at the top.

Local attractions include the Tring Reservoirs and the surrounding branches of the Grand Union Canal, great for walkers, bird watchers and anglers. You can visit The Natural History Museum at Tring, with its fascinating, world renowned range of animals collected by Lionel Walter Rothschild. It is home to the research department and collections of the Natural History Museum's Bird Group. Whipsnade Zoo, Woburn Abbey and Safari Park and Waddesden Manor are also close by. This is fantastic walking country and there are a myriad of paths and byways around and near Town Farm, including The Ridgeway, a National Trail and one of Britains oldest 'roads', The Icknield Way Path , the National Trust estate at Ashridge and Ivinghoe Beacon. Town Farm "Pick Your Own" opens in June and guests can take a picnic and stock up on fruit and vegetables and free range eggs are available from the farm.
